Here you’ll find some snapshots of the place I call home. Nestled into the rugged Canadian wilderness, in the area of the historic fur trade that built the country. When Sir Thomas Button first set foot in the area in 1612, he must have seen what a magical place this was. As the first recorded Europeans to walk on this land called Manitoba, he and his crew must have marvelled at the wild, rushing rivers, the endless herds of caribou and of course, the dancing night sky above. In some respects, little has changed. Although man has made his mark, disappear a short way off the beaten trail and you find experiences that haven’t changed for hundreds, or even thousands, of years. Please let me show you some of those experiences.
